At Epping Primary School we use the Compass School Management system. This software provides an internet portal called “Compass School Manager” for use by teachers, families and office administration.



Compass provides many benefits to the school and families. Through the Parent Portal, families are able to:

  • Monitor your child's attendance information - absence, late arrival, and early departure.
  • Access your child's semester reports.

  • Book your Parent/Student Led Conferences.

  • Complete excursion permission forms online.

  • Access information regarding upcoming school events and news.

  • Pay and give consent for school excursions and events.

Accessing Compass

Compass is a web-based system that is accessible on any modern web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Chrome, Safari) or by using the Compass iOS or Android apps. Search for ‘Compass School Manager’ in the
store or click on the relevant logo below:




Every family receives a separate login to Compass, which will be provided to you by our school. To access
the parent portal, go to our school’s Compass link on the front page of the website. If you do not have your login information, please contact the office.


Upon first login, you will be required to change your password and confirm your email address and mobile phone number. These details may be used by the school for SMS, password recovery and email communication throughout the year.
