The Department of Education Victoria have selcted students to undertake the Primary Maths/English component of the Victorian High Ability Program (VHAP) in Term 2 & 3.

The Department's selection process for the program is based on student academic performance. The selection is based on student achievement data to assess student ability and readiness to participate in the program. A combination of high NAPLAN scores and being one or more years ahead of their peers indicates high ability.

The VHAP allows our students the opportunity to participate in a 10-week online enrichment program with like-minded peers, in English, delivered by specialised educators from Virtual School Victoria.

The VHAP focuses on extending and developing students' English abilities. After completing the virtual program, students will have the opportunity to participate in a face-to-face masterclass with other high-ability students from schools in their local area.
